With spring in the air and flowers all around, we have a good time stopping on our neighborhood walks to admire all that nature has to behold. My son really likes flowers so I thought it would be interesting to do a few activities with a floral twist to make sure he has some spring fun!
This is such a pretty piece of children’s art to hang in your home! My son is going to be so proud of this craft.
This is a really cool science themed activity. Watch in awe as the flowers change colors over time. Pic your child’s favorite color to make it even more interesting to them.
I love anything that includes a recycled aspect. These bottle print flowers look so cute, adding a button makes them even better!
This is a lovely way to talk about flowers with your little one. Chat with them as they watch the springtime items float around.
Okay, my flowers won’t turn out quite so nice, but this is a fun use for finger paint.
Something about this craft feels very sentimental. I can see these salt dough fingerprint flowers sticking around our home for a long time.
These activities will keep little hands busy! I hope you find the time to do some of them with your little one. Do share with us if you give one a try!
