10 Easter Dinner Menu Ideas

My husband and I were having a conversation last weekend about what to serve for Easter dinner. Of course, the sillies got the best of us. He decided to poll his friends, asking for the worst menu combinations they could think of. We ended up with a very tacky, laughter-inducing, mildly disgusting list of things we are definitely NOT having!

In light of that hilarious conversation (I’m still chuckling at it!), I’ve decided what we ARE going to have, and wanted to share some of our menu items with you. Here are some impressive recipes from which to choose for a memorable Easter dinner!

Aww, yeah! Gotta have a cola around for glazing meat!

One of my most favorite foods. Seriously. Ranks as high as pie.

Southern Collard Greens

Pretty good recipe! Please don’t forget to pick and wash them, though, or they’ll be very bitter. Long story. Never mind.

The Lady’s Cheesy Mac

10 Easter Dinner Menu Ideas

I always make macaroni and cheese for holidays. Always oven baked, always extra cheesy.

Mashed Potatoes

This is a really good recipe, and has a lot of good points on what to do (and not do) to make good potatoes.

Deviled Eggs

When I was a kid, making deviled eggs was always my job. After a few times, you tend to make any recipe your own.

Old Fashioned Pull Apart Pan Rolls

These are good for sopping up all the leftover food on your plate.

What are you making for Easter dinner?

Oh, and if you’re wondering, one of our favorite menus was: butterscotch pudding and oysters!
